Everyone has been a victim of a failed new years resolution. In fact, it has been found that 80% off all new years resolutions fail by the end of February, yikes.

We believe that the reason for this is having unrealistic and difficult new years resolutions. The odds of you losing half of your body weight is very very unlikely. So is becoming a millionaire and giving up chocolate (Come on people, get real).

 

So since the overarching theme seems to be self-improvement, we have come up with some totally realistic and easy new years resolutions for you in 2019.

 

  1. Drink more water

So if your mom didn’t nag you enough when you were younger, we will be the ones to tell you that you need to drink more water. If you think drinking water is only to quench your thirst and help with digestion, you are wrong. Drinking water helps with weight-loss, boosts energy, helps you concentrate, gives you better skin and boosts immunity. And that’s just to name a few.

 

  1. Take good care of your hair

This one will take a bit of time and commitment, but the results will be amazing. Every woman wants hair like Rachel on season 3 from Friends. The bad news is that curling irons, straighteners, blow dryers, chemical treatments and dry shampoo are just some of the factors that will leave your hair looking more like Monica’s hair on the Friends episode “The one in Barbados”. Drink lots of vitamins and try your best to stay away from products that make your hair look great on the day, but will damage it in the long-run.

 

  1. Do some chemical peels
