Take care of your lashes!

Why should I follow these do's & don'ts?

1. OIL-BASED PRODUCTS

If you continue the use of oil-based products around your eyes, the adhesives used to apply your lash extensions will loosen and consequently, your lashes won't last very long. And we want you to look fabulous for as long as possible!

2. MASCARA

Your lashes will anyways look so fabulous - you won't need any mascara! But if you HAVE to wear some, be sure to not use any oil-based or waterproof mascara. These mascaras can dissolve the bonding agent and shorten the lash extension lifetime. The mascara brush can also potentially pull on your lashes and cause them to be loosened, damaged or removed.

3. EYELASH GROWTH SERUM

You should discontinue the use of these 2 weeks before your lash extension treatment. The eyelash growth serums contain oils and steroids which can dissolve the bonding agent too and this will lead to a shorter lash extensions' lifetime.

4. SLEEP

No, we're not saying that you can't sleep or take a nap. We're just saying that the way you sleep will affect the lifetime of your lash extensions. Please note that you will lose more lash extensions on the side on which you sleep. And sleeping face down on your stomach will affect your lash extensions the most. It is therefore very important to refrain from sleeping on your stomach, especially for the first 2 days after your treatment - you have to allow the bonding agent to set properly.

5. TOUCH

We know your lashes will look fabulous and you would want to touch them. But if you want them to last - DO NOT TOUCH them. If you pull on or rub your lash extensions, you will most probably have NO lashes left - lash extensions are applied to individual lashes and this will cause your natural lashes to fall out too!

6. EYEDROPS

We all have to use some eyedrops from time to time, but please try and limit the use if you have lash extensions. Eyedrops will allow moisture to come into contact with the lash extensions which will cause the bonding agent to loosen up, and consequently, your lash extensions will fall out, and you won't look as fabulous anymore.
